Program: 09h00 - 09h30: Welcome café 09h30 - 10h45: Workshop "Making a training plan in line with the job deal" Led by Mathilde Muller, Talents expert at AGORIA, this workshop is intrinsically linked to the questions posed by the evolution of an industrial activity in a 4.0 perspective. It is intended to provide participants with answers to the following questions: How to fulfil the obligations related to the job deal? How to submit the training plan to the CE, DS or workers? How to anticipate the individual right in your training plan? How to establish a training plan that supports your learning policy? 10h45 - 11h05: Break 11h05 - 12h00: Visit of the demonstrator 4.0 In the company of the professionals of the Technocampus Competence Center, this visit allows to discover the potential of awareness, demonstration and training of the mini-factory 4.0 installed in the heart of Technocampus. Concretely, this mini-factory reproduces a production line equipped with Industry 4.0 technologies in a didactic approach for a quick and easy handling. 12h00 - 12h30: Networking lunch This workshop is organized by Agoria and supported by the eDIH WalHub, project 101083685, an initiative of the «Digital Europe» program, co-financed by the European Commission and Wallonia.
